New Delhi, 25 August: Around 1.3 lakh students, who did not pass the Maharashtra SSC main exam 2015 had appeared for supplementary exam. It has happened for the first time that the MSBSHSE conducted the supplementary exams in July instead of October.
Maharashtra state board of secondary and higher education (MSBSHSE) has declared the result of SSC supplementary exam that was conducted in the month of July.
Students can check their result by entering their roll numbers at the official result website of Maharashtra board mahresult.nic.in.
However, only 25.37% students passed the SSC Supplementary exam.
The decision to hold the examination in July was taken by education minister, Vinod Tawde a day after the announcement of the SSC Supplementary results on June 8 to ensure students who fail the exam get another chance without wasting an academic year.
Based in Pune, MSBSHE is an autonomous body that conducts the HSC and SSC Examinations through its nine divisional boards located at Pune, Mumbai, Aurangabad, Nasik, Kolhapur, Amravati, Latur, Nagpur and Ratnagiri.
